
"Shirone" is a sparkling sake made through secondary fermentation in the bottle.
During the secondary fermentation in the bottle, carbon dioxide gas produced during the fermentation process is incorporated, resulting in fine bubbles that are completely dissolved within the sake.
Unlike activated nigori sake, sparkling sake is made by using only a small amount of mash, with the yeast in the bottle creating natural bubbles.
It leaves behind a distinctive refreshing aroma and offers a refreshing drinking experience.
