Based on the theme of an "unopened bag of rice," we created this beer with the hope that customers will enjoy it without any preconceptions, keeping only the bare minimum of information secret until the bag is opened.
As a sake to be enjoyed with meals, this sake expresses the taste of Niigata Tanrei, a Niigata specialty, and is easy to drink.
We do not use sake rice, but instead use only table rice "Yukinkomai," and we hope you will enjoy the unique flavor of our brewery.
