Charm 3: A watch born from traditional techniques and a sense of fun
This product was born from the fusion of the master brewer's playful spirit and technique, using only the core of sake brewing, "shubo" (starter yeast). When the master brewer Watanabe tasted the filtrate from the mash during the component analysis process during the production process, he felt that "the filtrate from the starter yeast is the most delicious!" and decided to commercialize it.
This is a challenging and unique sake that cannot be enjoyed through ordinary processes, and can only be made by this brewery.
