This product is the "Rice Bag Series Koshihikari ver.", grown under contract with local farmers.

Niigata's pride and joy: Koshihikari, the finest edible rice

It's so delicious that some say you don't need any side dishes.

This sake was born from the desire to make delicious sake using such delicious Koshihikari rice, and has won numerous awards at competitions, including a platinum award at the Kura Master in France in 2023.

Please enjoy the "power of edible rice" that has been recognized worldwide.

Basically, the way this product is made changes depending on the quality of the rice each year.

Therefore, the specifications are not disclosed.

We do not use sake rice, but instead use all table rice, "Koshihikari," and we hope you will enjoy the unique flavor of our brewery.

とても飲みやすいです

食用のコシヒカリを使用した日本酒ということで興味をもち購入しました。飲み口が爽やかで日本酒を飲み慣れていなくてもとても飲みやすかったです。

私の中で最高です

日本酒に若干苦手意識がありました。10月末にお店を訪問し、閉店中にも関わらずご対応頂き、大奥様からご説明を伺いました。で、無理を言ってお譲り頂いた5合瓶のTAKARAYAMA新之助が感動の美味しさでした！口当たり、のどごし、後味と、本当に私好みで飲みやすく、大好きになりました。すぐに飲み干し、また飲めないか調べてネット購入。今回はコシヒカリも一緒に買いました。どちらも美味しかったです。またリピートします。
