Spring is dawn. Summer is night. Autumn is dusk. Winter is twilight. "Cherry Blossom Viewing in Yahiko," "Mount Yahiko and Nagaoka Fireworks," "Autumn Leaves in Yahiko Park," "Sake Brewery and Snow" - "The Pillow Book," said to have been written in the mid-Heian period. Starting from these opening sentences, which richly describe the joys of the four seasons, the label design expresses the four seasons of the Yahiko area, where Takarayama Brewery's historic sake brewery is located.

It is made from Koshihikari rice produced in Niigata Prefecture, polished to 70%.

The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink during the hot summer months, and you can enjoy its fruity taste.

コシヒカリで作ったフルーティーなお酒

コシヒカリで作った純米酒。低めのアルコール度数で飲みやすく、コクのある果実酒の様な風味です。「夏の花火」ネーミングの通り、夏にスッキリ味わいながら楽しめる花火のようです。
