"The sake has a refined flavor that only comes from that place." This product is the "Rice Bag Series Shinnosuke ver.", grown under contract with local farmers.
"Shinnosuke" is a next-generation rice that Niigata Prefecture developed over a period of more than 10 years in an effort to develop a rice that surpasses Koshihikari.
By not putting too much stress on the sake during the pressing process and by pressing it slowly with almost no pressure, we have created a sake that is easy to drink and free of impurities. Basically, the brewing method for this product changes depending on the quality of the rice each year. The specifications are "confidential."
All of our sake is made using edible rice "Shinnosuke," and we hope you will enjoy the unique flavor of our brewery.
