"Saijokomi" is a method of using sake instead of brewing water, which produces a complex and delicate sweetness.

We aimed to achieve a combination of sweetness and richness not found in Takarayama Sake Brewery's previous products. Furthermore, by storing the sake in a traditional earthen storehouse where a constant temperature is maintained throughout the year, it becomes even richer and fuller in flavor. As a result, we have established a new taste and way to enjoy it, and have completed this "Takarayama Saijo Shikomi."
